Graduate Novo Nordisk - Global Marketing
Challenges and scope of the programme
The Global Marketing Graduate Programme aims at developing highly qualified Global Product Managers with a broad understanding and hands-on experience of global and local pharmaceutical marketing challenges.
The programme consists of four eight-month rotations within marketing and sales departments, both in Global Marketing Headquarters in Denmark and worldwide. As the sequence and location of the rotations may vary between graduates, each graduate will be exposed to different opportunities throughout the organisation.
In all rotations you will experience a variety of challenging tasks and projects, offering increasing responsibility within Novo Nordisk's broad portfolio of diabetes and other life-changing products. To ensure that you make the most of the programme, you will be assigned a personal mentor with whom you will stay in close contact throughout. Your rotations will be tailored to optimise your personal and professional development.
After the programme, Global Marketing Graduates will have the necessary skills to begin developing careers in global marketing environments with responsibilities such as Global Project and Product Managers.
You will be doing
As a Global Marketing Graduate, you will experience a variety of challenging tasks and projects from cross-departmental project work and internal/external stakeholder management to a broad variety of both pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle management.
You will get a unique insight into the full global marketing value chain of Novo Nordisk, and you will build your skills within everything from strategic product and marketing planning, to local tactical marketing and sales operations.
You will be part of a highly skilled and motivated international working environment, with dynamic teams, each of which are providing Novo Nordisk with a competitive edge and driving shareholder return. You will be an instrumental part in ensuring that the Novo Nordisk Global Marketing organisation achieves our vision of being the best marketing operation in the global pharmaceutical industry.
