Trainee Programme
Nefab’s Trainee Programme was established in 1997 and has been a very successful way of giving young academic graduates an efficient start to their working life.
Nefab, with business in many parts of the world offers good opportunities for an international career.
Purpose
The purpose of our programme is to find people with the right competence and personal profile to secure a continuous sustainable growth of the Nefab Group.
Being a trainee will give you possibilities to build a comprehensive network within Nefab, to gain business and customer understanding and to gain experiences through practical work in various projects.
Structure of the programme
Nefab’s Trainee Program runs over 10 months with a base at the Head office in Jönköping where you will get to know the company and the business. During the program, theory and practice will be mixed. Some of the trainee positions might include frequent travel abroad.
As a Trainee you will be involved in various projects and also participate in internal training programs covering Nefab’s products and concepts. You will also be challenged with selling our packaging solutions to customers, gaining hands-on selling experience.
After the program, you will move on into working with sales and business development somewhere in our global organization, further developing your skills.
Basic requirements
Recent university graduates with degrees in industrial engineering and management, business administration or similar (min. 3-4 years of studies). Fluency in English required, additional language is a merit.
